Gifts

Cash:  The most common way of giving monetary gifts to the school is through a cash gift.  You may send your gifts to the school address via check.

Life Insurance:  Gifts of life insurance may also be made.  You may do so by naming Zion Lutheran School as owner and irrevocable beneficiary of a permanent life policy, either an existing policy, a paid-up policy, or a new policy.

Bequests:  You may also make a bequest by naming Zion Lutheran School in your will.

Matching Gifts:  Some corporations will match gifts made by their employees or members to Zion Lutheran School.  Check with your employer to see if they have a program in place for gift matching.  Also, some fraternal insurance organizations, such as Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, will match policyholder gifts to the school according to their guidelines.  Check with your insurance organization or the school office for more information.

Memorials and Special Occasion Gifts:  You may consider making a gift to the school in honor of a relative or friend, or in honor of special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, or holidays.

Tuition Assistance Program:  Zion Lutheran School does not wish to deny a Christian education to those who desire it.  Many supporters of the School contribute to the Tuition Assistance Fund in order to help those parents who are committed to a Christian education for their children but are stretched by tuition requirements.  Should you wish to lend your support through tuition assistance, please contact the school office.
